fcbayern.com
fcbayern.com is FC Bayern Munich’s official online hub for club news, fixtures, tickets, memberships, video, merchandise, and other supporter services.
What exactly is fcbayern.com?
fcbayern.com is operated by FC Bayern München AG, the company responsible for the club’s professional football operations. The website’s legal notice lists its Säbener Straße address in Munich, registration with the Munich district court, and current executive board. The Bundesliga also lists fcbayern.com as Bayern’s official website, so there is little ambiguity about who runs the domain.
The site covers much more than the men’s first team. Visitors can also find information about FC Bayern Women, youth and amateur teams, basketball, the Allianz Arena, the club museum, memberships, fan clubs, tickets, and the official store.
That wider role is easy to overlook because search engines often surface individual news stories or match pages first. In practice, fcbayern.com is closer to a central portal for the club’s digital services than a conventional football news website.
What can fans use the website for?
For most supporters, one of the site’s main advantages is direct access to information from the club itself. FC Bayern publishes team news, interviews, injury updates, match previews, photo galleries, official announcements, and a regularly updated live blog covering the first team.
The match section brings fixtures, results, league tables, and matchday information together in one place. Video content is available through FC Bayern TV, while registered users can access additional services through myFCBAYERN, including account features, competitions, benefits, and links to ticketing or membership services.
That distinction matters when deciding how to use the site. fcbayern.com is particularly useful when you want confirmation of something Bayern has officially announced. It is less suitable as your only source for transfer speculation, tactical criticism, financial scrutiny, or independent analysis. Those subjects are better checked against reputable outside reporting as well.
How does ticketing work on fcbayern.com in 2026/27?
FC Bayern made an important change to its ticketing system for the 2026/27 season. According to the club, entry to home matches now relies on digital tickets shown through the FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app.
PDF tickets are no longer accepted at the stadium, and supporters cannot use external digital wallets such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for admission.
The website still plays an important role before matchday. Fans can use FC Bayern’s ticket shops and Digital Ticket Center to request tickets, make purchases when available, manage existing tickets, or forward eligible tickets to someone else.
FC Bayern’s help information says tickets usually appear in the app around two weeks before a match, although they can sometimes become visible earlier in the Digital Ticket Center.
For matches that have sold out, eligible members can also use Bayern’s official secondary ticket market. That makes current information on fcbayern.com especially important for anyone planning a visit to the Allianz Arena, since older guides may still describe printable tickets or outdated entry procedures.
Is FC Bayern membership handled through the site?
Yes. The membership section explains how to join, what membership costs, which benefits are included, and how existing members can manage their details.
FC Bayern currently says it has more than 450,000 members and describes itself as the sports club with the largest membership in the world.
For adults aged 26 to 64, standard membership costs €65 per season. Lower rates are available for younger members, seniors, and eligible disabled supporters. New members also pay a one-time €3 joining fee.
Membership benefits include access to certain ticket draws, discounts on full-price home-match tickets, use of the official secondary ticket market, merchandise benefits, and the club magazine.
Prices and eligibility rules can change from season to season, so anyone thinking about joining should check the current membership page rather than relying on an older article or forum post.
What does FC Bayern TV PLUS offer?
FC Bayern TV PLUS is the club’s paid video subscription service. Current pricing is €4 for one month, €20 for six months, or €36 for 12 months.
Subscribers get access to content such as men’s-team match highlights, post-match interviews, full-match replays, and live coverage of many friendly matches.
Broadcast rights still limit what Bayern can show and when it can show it. Champions League highlights, for example, may not become available until midnight European time. For that reason, FC Bayern TV PLUS should not be confused with a full live-TV package for Bundesliga or Champions League matches.
Its main appeal is different. Supporters get a large collection of club-produced video, interviews, highlights, and archive material that may not be as easy to find elsewhere.
How useful is the FC Bayern mobile app?
The website and mobile app now work increasingly as parts of the same ecosystem rather than as separate products.
The official FC Bayern app includes news, match information, a live ticker, web radio, video, push notifications, player profiles, a 3D Allianz Arena view, prediction games, and a digital wallet for tickets and membership information.
As of September 2026, Google Play listed more than one million downloads and a rating of about 4.6 from roughly 55,500 reviews. Apple’s U.S. App Store showed a rating of about 4.8 from hundreds of ratings. App-store scores differ by country and can change, but those figures suggest generally positive user feedback.
For supporters attending matches, the app has become more important than those extra features might suggest. Because Bayern now uses app-based tickets for home games, it is effectively part of the matchday process. The club also says tickets stored in the app can remain available offline once they have been loaded.
Is fcbayern.com safe and privacy-conscious?
There are several straightforward signs that fcbayern.com is a legitimate, professionally operated website. Its legal notice identifies FC Bayern München AG as the operator, and the Bundesliga directs visitors to the same domain as Bayern’s official site.
FC Bayern’s May 2026 privacy policy also explains how the organization handles information connected with website use, accounts, payments, and other services.
The club publishes an accessibility statement as well. It says its website and mobile services are being developed in line with Germany’s Accessibility Improvement Act, which took effect in June 2025 as part of the implementation of the European Accessibility Act.
That does not remove the need for ordinary online precautions. Ticket purchases, memberships, shop orders, and account services can involve personal or payment information. Users should make sure they are actually on the fcbayern.com domain before entering login or payment details, particularly when arriving through email, social media, or search results.
What are the main strengths and limitations of fcbayern.com?
The biggest advantage of fcbayern.com is simple: it is the club’s own source.
If Bayern announces an injury, changes a ticket procedure, publishes a fixture update, opens a membership service, or releases an official statement, the website is usually one of the best places to confirm exactly what the club has said.
It also brings together an unusually wide range of services. News, match information, tickets, memberships, streaming, merchandise, mobile apps, and Allianz Arena information all sit within the same FC Bayern digital ecosystem. The club also serves an international audience, with major digital services available in several languages.
Its main limitation follows from the same strength. fcbayern.com speaks for FC Bayern Munich. It is not an independent newsroom, so readers looking for critical financial reporting, outside perspectives on transfers, tactical debate, or scrutiny of club decisions should compare its coverage with reputable independent sources.
Used with that distinction in mind, fcbayern.com is an excellent first stop for confirmed FC Bayern Munich information and the practical services supporters need.
